CONDITIONS OF SALE

All prices stated in this list are made subject to supply being exhausted, or shortages beyond our control. We reserve the right to reject all or any part of an order and will refund any prepayments accordingly.

ALL PRICES STATED IN THIS LIST ARE F.O.B.. NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE.

GUARANTEE

Due to conditions beyond our control, JILES BROS. NURSERY GIVES NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED AS TO THE SURVIVAL OF ANY PLANT SOLD BY US. We guarantee our plants to be alive and healthy at the time of shipping. No claims for damaged stock or shortages will be considered unless a notice is given within 10 days of receiving shipment. In no case are we liable for more than the invoice price of the plants.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

We can ship by Parcel Post, U.P.S., Motor Freight, and Bus.

Jiles Bros. Nursery is located in Nashville, TN. The nursery has been in existence since 1995. Our family owned company is always happy to answer any gardening questions and assist you with any infomation concerning gardening and orders. The reference in our website is designed to be useful to anybody interested in gardening and landscaping, not just our customers. It is a ongoing project that is only in its infancy but will continue to grow.
